   H1N1 Flu (Swine)

All of the H1N1 large scale community clinics that were planned have been completed by Lake County General Health District.  No further large scale clinics are anticipated at this time.  However, those people wishing to be vaccinated should call the H1N1 Reservation line 440-350-2554 to schedule an appointment.

The Lake County General Health District would also ask that you complete the pre-registration if you have access to the internet.   In addition, continue checking the ODH website and keep watching the local news channels, reading the local newspaper, and visiting our websites at www.lcghd.org and http://twitter.com/lchealthdist for more information.
