3. Lost Nation Municipal Golf Course, Willoughby
4. Madison Senior Center, Madison
5. Ohio Living Breckenridge Village Health Center, Willoughby
6. Pink Bandana Bakery, Mentor

Lake County General Health District began awarding the Clean Inspection Award in 2019. Applications were mailed with license renewals in February, and were also available on the LCGHD website. Facilities that met rating criteria were encouraged to apply. While winners are typically announced in April, the COVID-19 pandemic delayed award activities until June. LCGHD Sanitarians reviewed all applications submitted and selected those to be recognized. Winners will receive a copy of the Board of Health resolution, a congratulatory letter, and a window cling to notify their customers of their accomplishment.
